India Unfolding is now live — an independent, data-first project that maps, counts and animates the growth of India's public infrastructure from 2014 to today.
The site now spans over 100 sectors — from roads, railways and aviation to digital payments, space, defence, health, energy and diplomacy. Each turns scattered figures from government sources into something you can see and explore, year by year.
The numbers come from public bodies such as MoRTH, the Ministry of Railways, NPCI and ISRO, and are cited on each page. Every sector carries a short history, how it works, an outlook and the key numbers, in both English and Hindi.
